James 1:5

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

Life has shown me you really need to just consult with GOD! How else will you get the strength to do something you may be afraid to do but "called to do". I have made the foolish mistake in the past of sharing information with people prematurely only for them to try and discourage me or place their own fears on me. I hate that! "Jazz, do you really think you should start a business". "Jazz, do you know what you are doing". "Jazz, I would be so scared I'd fail if I did that". Why would you even think that this would be an appropriate response to someone doing something that's in their heart? Don't you also expect support?

Then, people wonder why you are so "secretive" or insist on being tight lipped about certain things you may be pursuing. We don't wanna heard your negative remarks! We don't wanna hear "your" fears and adopt them. We wanna stay focused! After a while, they begin to assume that you have nothing going on when in reality you have learned that you cannot share anything with them because they're so negative. So continue to think we've reduced ourselves to worthless blob.

People have lost sense of what consultations are. They've devalued the experience with their own hidden agenda and envy. If someone is reaching out to you for your expertise, be mindful that this person "trusts" you. They have something in their heart they want to pursue and they may need your blessing. But I guess that's where we go wrong, we expect blessings from those that want to see us fail. Or maybe they want us to succeed a little bit. Just as long as they can do it before you. Jealousy is birthed this way.

People of all different walks of life are battling different things and sometimes get to a stand still. They become stagnant and think nothing will go right for them and they begin to spew negativity to those who are inspired. It is our job to discern who means us well and who doesn't. Sometimes even in distinguishing that, we tend to cut corners and make excuses for friends & loved ones. These are the main ones who will infiltrate your head sometimes to delay or disrupt what may be ahead of you. Please learn to shut the fudge up! These people hear you and your ambition frightens them. Something is plaguing them so bad that they cannot stand the fact that you are on your way to freeing what's been holding them in bondage for so long. BE VIGILANT!

"It is not a sin to be tempted to envy, but if it is allowed to live and fester, it becomes destructive"....

Sometimes our friends and loved ones don't even mean it. Sometimes they are unaware that because they lack, they have become complacent in that way of living and thinking. Focusing on what they don't have has consumed them so much that Lack becomes their language. They forget what it is they have. When envy springs up and is allowed to live and grow in a person’s heart, it has horrible consequences. We can see many accounts of that in the Bible. When Abel’s sacrifice was respected by God, and his was not, Cain killed his brother out of envy. (Genesis 4:3-8) When Korah was envious of Moses, he was swallowed up by the earth. (Numbers 16) When Saul let envy of David enter his heart the end result was that he was killed in battle.

Almost all talk of battles and wars when concerning a Christian life refers to the inner battle that arises when a sinful thought tempts you. God’s Spirit and the flesh are at odds. Even Jesus was killed by the religious leaders of the day out of envy.“A sound heart is life to the body, but envy is rottenness to the bones.” Proverbs 14:30.

For all of the reasons mentioned above, it is very important we keep things sacred at times. Anything good comes from God so if you have a vision that you can almost taste that will positively affect your lives and others, always hold your tongue until you receive permission to share. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and and hope.

Our minds can sometimes have a hard time soaking in that friends and family that have heard you cry out would want see you stay where you are. I am sorry to inform you but this is a very real reality. You evolving will cause a shift that will in turn force them to look at themselves. This is a necessary shift and process due to the fact our sole purpose here is to grow enough that we force others to do the same to fulfill our purpose. Some are prepared for the shift and other's aren't so be careful consulting with everyone. You know who they are!

Thoughts?
